The Company's Common Stock is publically traded on OTC under the symbol GNOW, prior to which it traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market® under the symbol ANCI, prior to which it traded on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol XSI.

American CareSource Corporation had been in operation since 1997. The predecessor company to American CareSource Corporation, Physician's Referral Network, had been in operation since 1995. On December 23, 2005, the Company became an independent company when Patient Infosystems distributed by dividend to its stockholders substantially all of its shares of the Company. Ancillary Care Services, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

American CareSource was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on November 24, 2003 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Patient Infosystems, Inc.

On December 23, 2005, the Company became an independent company when Patient Infosystems distributed by dividend to its stockholders substantially all of its shares of the Company.

No. American CareSource does not have a direct stock purchase plan. Shares must be purchased through a broker of your choice.

No. American CareSource does not pay a dividend and therefore does not have such a program.
